We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our affiliate program, set up strategic partnerships, and scale user acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto affiliate marketing, high-value partnerships, and revenue-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the affiliate strategy, aligning it with EVEDEX’s vision and growth objectives.
- Build and optimize communication frameworks with affiliates, KOLs, and partners to maximize performance.
- Drive key metrics, including user acquisition, trading volume, and revenue growth within the exchange.
- Develop and negotiate high-value partnerships, securing long-term collaboration with top-performing affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate program metrics, analyze data, and continuously optimize strategies for growth.
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, compliance) to align business development efforts with overall platform expansion.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management within crypto, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, user acquisition funnels, and revenue optimization.
- Ability to effectively communicate and transmit the company’s vision to partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and high-value affiliates.
- Fluent English (C1+), additional languages are a plus.
